Dr. Radojevich-Kelley’s primary expertise is in entrepreneurship, global enterprise and business management. Nina teaches at the graduate and undergraduate level. She teaches a variety of courses including: Contemporary Issues in Management, Global Entrepreneurship, Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurs: Cases and Studies, Entrepreneurial Business Plan Writing (Capstone), Introduction to Business, Introduction to Management and Organizational Behavior, International Business, International Marketing, Principles of Marketing, Human Resource Management and Social Enterprise. She is an avid Angel fund investor and business owner with industry experience.
Professional Highlights:
Dr. Nina Radojevich-Kelley has taught at the collegiate level for over twenty years. Nina is a full Professor of Management at Shenandoah University, whose primary teaching specialty is management and entrepreneurship. Prior to working at SU, Dr. Radojevich-Kelley was Full Professor of Management at MSU-Denver where she taught entrepreneurship and management. Nina authored a book on high performance teams and has published entrepreneurship and management articles in numerous journals. She has presented her research at countless international and domestic conferences focused on small business, entrepreneurship, and management. Dr. Radojevich-Kelley has guest lectured in over twelve countries, including Hungary, Germany, France, Scotland and Russia.. In addition, Nina has been a small business owner for over twenty years. She co-owns a successful software consulting company and co-owned a successful mechanical engineering company based in Austin, Texas for over 20 years.
Research:
Dr. Radojevich-Kelley’s research is focused on contemporary issues in management, small business and entrepreneurship. Her primary research areas include: traditional versus non-traditional methods of venture funding, workplace changes impacting entrepreneurs (such as the legalization of Cannabis), unethical practices of management and their impact on society, corporate social responsibility (CSR) expectations today, and a continuous stream of research focused on the startup ecosystem in countries throughout the world. As of August 10, 2023, her research has received 424 citations according to Google Scholar.

Personal Highlights:
When she is not working, Nina is dedicated to spending time with her two children and exploring the world with her husband. As an avid traveler, she has traveled to more than 115 countries and hiked across Scotland with her husband (1000 miles plus). Lastly, Nina is an avid Angel investor and has invested in over 2,000 companies to date.
